WORK SESSION SCHEDULE
TO ALL VOLUNTEERS:
Our work sessions for 2013 will take place on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, with the exception of the month of June. There will be no work sessions during the month of June, since we will be travelling. We also plan on being at the archive center on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. If you plan to attend please notify Dick & Judy Severance in advance at 603-623-2692, in the event that there may be a last minute scheduling change for various reasons. Those volunteers who have access to the facility may work on their own projects at their convenience.
LOCATION: (Archive Center) Library/Museum at 250 Commercial St., Unit #2009 Manchester, NH, 2nd Floor.
TIME: Each session will begin at 10:00am. Bring your lunch. Session will end at your personal convenience, but no later than 3:00pm.
FLEXIBLE WORK SESSIONS: If during any particular week you find that you have a free day and would like to assist us with our ongoing projects at the archive center, give us a call. If we are also available we will arrange to meet you at the archive center and work with you. Let us know your area of interest and we will address your work session accordingly.
CO-ORDINATION: Each session will include a short orientation and task assignment for the day and to cover any issues of consequence.
